OFFICIAL RULES

ELIGIBILITY

The Truckers-Nation Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Truckers-Nation, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law.

AGREEMENT TO RULES

By participating in the Sweepstakes, the Contestant (“You”) agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Truckers-Nation as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on January 1st each year and ends on December 31st each year. Winners are announced each month on the 1st. for previous months entries. All online purchase entries, no-purchase entries, and in-store entries must be received by the last day of each month following the end of each month’s period (example: January 31st, February 28th, April 30th).

HOW TO ENTER

Online Entry: Submit an entry via www.truckers-nation.com/enter-now. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win.

In-Store Purchase: In-store at truck stop locations (locations to be announced & may vary) be sure to ask an associate for more info if needed. After your in-store purchase please finalize your entry by completing the form on the “In-Store Entry Submission” page. http://www.truckers-nation.com/instore-entry-submission

Paid Entries: There are three paid entry methods:

     $10 for 20 entries

     $25 for 50 entries

     $50 for 100 entries

No Purchase Necessary Entry: To enter without making a purchase, send in a letter detailing:

     Who you are?

     Why you should be chosen to win?

     What trucking means to you?

   What the most important things in your life are?

The letter must be typed and two pages long. The format of the letter is to be in .doc or .pdf formats and must be sent to our submissions email: submissions@truckers-nation.com. Ensure that your letter is received by the entry deadline for each month period to be considered. All letters must be received by the final day of each month. Any letter received after will be entered into the following months drawings.

After sending in your letter, contestants must follow TRUCKERS-NATION on the social media pages below, like and/or favorite any post and leave a comment. Note: No purchase entries are equal to “1” entry.

Multiple Entries: You may enter as many times as you like through both paid and no-purchase necessary methods. Note: no-purchase methods are only allowed to enter once a month

Entry Completion: Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Truckers-Nation.

PRIZES

Each month, one (1) Winner will receive a brand new, never owned tractor. Eligible tractors may include models from the current model year or up to three (3) prior model years, as determined solely by TRUCKERS-NATION and subject to availability. Winners can choose between the following trucks:

     Freightliner Cascadia

     Kenworth T680

     Volvo VNL 760

     Peterbilt 579

Note: Fully electric semi-trucks are not yet offered

The value of each prize ranges from $175,000 to $215,000. The prize is nontransferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be given.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected by random drawing under the supervision of Truckers-Nation. Winners will be notified by email and phone within 14 days following the selection. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 30 days, or fails to return a completed declaration and release, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

ODDS

Odds of winning are completely randomized. The number of entries can raise odds per person entered.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Truckers-Nation, which are final and binding in all respects. Truckers-Nation reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.
